Conditions of stay

The Geelong Ski Club implements a SNOW GUARANTEE policy where by if there is not enough snow to ensure 6 chairlifts are running and you don't want to go, the club will review your payment. 

There is no refund for guests who are no longer able to make a booking or cancel once payment is received.
In the event you can no longer make your booking please CONTACT US and/ or the BOOKING OFFICER to record the cancellation.
